Pocket MBA

Starting a new phase of life in NITIE. While coming here i was very tensed and feeling uncomfortable as i have to take few strong decisions of life for joining MBA. And once I entered the campus it took me no time to understand that this is not only about MBA this is about living your life with passion and innovation. The campus is one of the best which will automatically open the windows of your mind and your thinking goes to the next level.

The journey is just begin here with 2 days of lecturers and it is really difficult in the starting to catch the things in lecture of 2 hours as it is more then 2 years I passed my graduation. The 1st day was really tough for me. 

Now comes the 2nd day, 1st Lecture and Professor T.Parsad (so called Prof. Mandi) entered the class, class environment changed totally. We left the chairs sitting with sir on the floor without any pen or register. I was feeling something different, something I have not imagined and was happy enthusiastic to get something different. Then he said we are here learning Mba 'Dhandaa' and we don't require pen or register for 'dhandaa' but mind, so no pen registers in the class.With the the learning started.

Consuming is Creation , and Creation is consuming

The class was full of innovation, how to learn , make others and how to make profit out of it. The emphases was more on spreading the learning and make the money with the learning innovation which will not only do the business but these innovations will spread learning.
We have seen some toys which impart knowledge with fun and play like  a Newton's Cradle, Globe ball which NITIE engineers have made with there innovative thinking and with our management skills how we can make earning out of those innovation and make other's also learn.
The focus was not on paying the fees and learn but it was other way around which no other B Schools do, Learn and we will pay you , the concept is simple 'Earning by Learning' and 'Learning for Earning'.

We also discussed about taking mandi to the other part of the country and spread the learning and do the earning. People can see the the concept of Mandi and also meet Dr. Mandi here:

The class is more about practical knowledge, how can we make earning out of our thinking, strategies. 
The thing which i get is MBA is not about believing something or learning , this we have already did till now. Now it's time to apply the knowledge we have, apply the strategies and do the earning.


The whole idea of writing these blogs is to share the knowledge with world. There are lot's of thing in this class of Principal Organization and Management from Prof. Mandi and coming with many things in the coming blogs.....
